We conducted primary research with more than 1,100 end travelers and 100 industry professionals from across the globe to find out how mobile will shape travel in 2019.

  • 81% of business travelers have used voice technology while traveling 
  • 56% of travelers expect to receive information on travel disruptions via push notifications 
  • 58% of leisure travelers and 85% of business travelers prefer to use apps to book flights 
  • 72% of travel brands feel they aren’t investing enough in mobile.
